Octroi charges, if applicable, will also be collected by the carrier.

7. Colour Disclaimer Colours of products may appear differently on your screen compared to the actual product due to variations in monitor technology and lighting during photography. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor will be an exact match to the actual product.
8. Force Majeure The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply shortages. The Seller will determine in good faith the extent of its ability to manage such circumstances.
9. General Terms The Buyer may not assign this Agreement without the Seller’s written consent. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any other agreements related to the Goods. Modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing. If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
