Domestic Orders:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Orders with custom tailoring or additional services such as fall & edging are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:- Email your return request to support@nbhandlooms.in , including your order details and reason for return.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please attach a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the delivery packaging.
- Approval and Shipping:
- Our support team will review and approve your return request.
- Once approved, pack and ship the item to the following address: NB Handlooms

- The item must be in its original, unaltered, and unused condition, with the price tag and, if applicable, the silk mark tag. Ensure the saree folding is intact.
- Logistics and Costs:
- Reverse pick-up is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in select pin codes.
- For orders with free shipping, a logistic cost of ₹75 per item will be charged for both onward and return shipping.
- Refunds and Gift Cards:
- Refunds or gift cards will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team.
- Refunds or gift cards will cover only the product cost. Any additional costs incurred will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7 to 10 working days to process.
International Orders:
- Returns are not accepted for orders from outside India.
